Most of the video projects I have produced were done with consumer-quality video cameras and whatever microphones we could scrounge up (usually wireles lavs, though I prefer wired mics). We would typically shoot with existing light but would sometimes use the corporate theater which had a sophisticated computer-controlled stage lighting system, and about 158,000 watts of illumination.

That's where we shot the Callaway ColorSource Retrofit video. This was a two CD project: the first CD was a sales-training video on the new product line; and the second CD was a technical video on how to apply graphics and update the carpet samples on the displays. I designed graphics for the CD faces then printed and duplicated over 1000 sets for distribution to our customers.

The Designer Interviews video was one of the many eleventh-hour presentations I was asked to produce. These were customers who had helped design a collaborative collection of carpet patterns. They were literally on their way out of the building when the business decided we needed to tape interviews with them to distribute to the sales force. I had an hour to setup and tape the interviews, then they wanted it edited into multiple segments, with graphics, rendered to WMV format and copied to 200 CDs for overnight shipment that day to their sales force. Hey, no problem!
